Sometimes a code is late or never arrives on a virtual number. Most cases are solved by the checks below, and if nothing arrives at all, your money comes back automatically.
Check these one by one
1Make sure the number was entered correctly. If the country code is entered twice, the SMS will not be delivered.
2Check that the country selected on the service matches the country of the number.
3Wait at least a minute before pressing resend. Pressing it too often can make the service block the SMS.
4Make sure you chose SMS verification, not a voice call.
5If the same country failed several times for the same service, switch to another country.
6Some services delay verification when your Wi-Fi or VPN location is far from the number's country.
7The service may be under maintenance or may have blocked numbers from that country. Try another country a bit later.
How refunds work
If no code arrives within the activation time after you get a number, the full price is refunded automatically to your balance and listed in Transactions. You can also cancel it yourself two minutes after purchase for an instant refund.
