- You can cancel 120 seconds after buying, as long as no code arrived. Full refund.
- No code within 20 minutes: the activation closes and you are refunded automatically.
- Once a code arrives the purchase is final. You can still request another code to the same number.
- Refunds go back to your balance instantly and show up in Transactions.

How does a virtual number work?+
We rent a real mobile number from our operators for a short time. When the service you are signing up for sends a code to that number, we show it on your screen and through the API.
How fast do codes arrive?+
Usually within a minute. If none arrives in time, you are refunded in full automatically.
What if the code never arrives?+
If no code arrives within 20 minutes the activation closes and the full price returns to your balance automatically. You can also cancel yourself 120 seconds after buying.
Can I receive a second code on the same number?+
Yes. After the first code arrives, press Get another code while the number is still active.
Can I keep the number?+
Numbers are for one-time verification. After the activation ends the number goes back to the operator, so do not use it for account recovery.
How do I pay?+
Top up with USDT on TRON (TRC20). Send the exact amount shown and it is credited automatically, usually within a minute or two. Minimum $50, maximum $10,000 per top-up.
Do you have an API?+
Yes. An sms-activate compatible handler_api and a 5sim compatible REST API. Your API key is in Account.
What is not allowed?+
Fraud, phishing, impersonating banks or governments, spam and anything illegal. Accounts used this way are suspended without refund of the misused balance.
I lost my token. What now?+
The token is the account and we only keep its hash, so we cannot restore it. Keep a copy in a password manager.
